The Wonderful World of Men's Vintage Underwear

Nowadays, there is so much nudity and sex on the internet, that these old ads for men's underwear look rather fresh and new by comparison! First, let's start with my favorite one. This man only has a sore finger, so he came to see the doctor. That makes sense. But he stripped off his clothes because he wants to show the doctor his new underpants! He's a rascal! What scandalous behavior! No wonder they call this underwear "Scandals".

Our next ad shows a man and a boy in their underwear. The man is probably the boy's dad, because the ad mentions "The entire family". Still, it looks like an adult man saying, "Hey there, young man! How do I look in these underpants? Pretty sexy, eh?"  My, my....

Next, we have a picture of a guy in his underpants, putting on or taking off his shirt. Of course, there's another guy in the picture, watching him. It almost looks as if he's getting ready for sex with the other guy.

Here, we have a young football player in his underwear, being watched by his team mate, and the coach. I wonder what the three of them are thinking?

So far, these ads have been pretty innocent, but not anymore! Now we get a couple of guys with attitude. The guy in the smaller, tighter panties is teasing the guy with the boxer shorts. It's getting personal!

Now it starts to really get interesting. Imagine showing a college man getting paddled by the other guys for an underwear ad! Wow. It's starting to really get homoerotic!

Here, the man on the right is showing off his "stretchy-seat" to his buddy, who gets mighty interested really quick!

And then the men start to get aroused, so they begin "wrestling".  First, Mr Stretchy-seat dominates, but finally, he ends up underneath, and his seat gets a real stretch as the two men "get down to business"!

Our last picture looks like something straight out of "Animan's World".  The older man is showing off for the younger guy. He shows him his big, muscular build, the abundant body hair, those wide hips and those small panties. The younger guy is admiring all these attributes, getting some pretty wild ideas. What happens next, is something from an Animan movie!

Tumblr Sucks Big Time

Somebody HELP! Yesterday when I went to my Tumblr blog, this goofy pop-up window appears asking about "messaging". I didn't want it at all, but had to click it anyway, to get it to disappear. So guess what happened?

I wanted to answer the messages in my box, so I clicked the Dashboard on the upper right hand corner. This made the letter icon appear (see the photo below). The number 2 is superimposed over the letters, meaning "you have 2 messages". I went to click it to get the messages, but I CAN'T, because the stupid little white head is bouncing out of control, DISABLING the letter icon. 

So I clicked the words "Send a real message" to see what would happen. Text spaces for a few followers appeared, but they're empty! There's nothing for me to respond to. 

I want my messages!!!! And I can't get to them. 

SO---I go over to write a post instead, in the space where I write and post drawings---and THAT doesn't respond anymore, either!  I clicked my mouse till I'm blue in the face. Nothing.

Well---too bad. Because NOW, I cannot write anymore posts, and I cannot post anymore drawings on TUMBLR, thanks to "messaging". This is modern technology, Friends! Somebody sets up a great blog---and then when you've got it working OK, they add something to totally ruin it. They give you something great, and then take it away. Way to go, Tumblr. Your site NOW has NOTHING to offer me. I hope you're happy!
From now on, I shall make all my posts here on Blogger. At least it's dependable.

Animan's Favorite Spanish Teacher

This is Señor Alejandro Monsanto, or as some of his friends call him, "Monty".  He's the star of Animan's next cartoon, "The Spanish Teacher".  Although the cartoon's release is still a long way off in the future, it might be fun to share a little information about this character while we're all waiting.

Monty was born in Lisbon, Portugal. He has one older sister, Victoria. His Spanish mother is Maria Fernández Canales, and his Portuguese father is João de Viegas Monsanto.  João taught as a professor of Economics in Lisbon until Monty was 8. Then the family moved to Seville, Spain. After finishing high school, Monty then came to the U.S. to attend an American University in Texas. He received top scores in his major, Spanish Literature, and was also extremely popular with the school's football team, especially during the post-game weekends. After graduation, Monty was offered a teaching position as professor at a Southern California university, and has been there ever since. His wife of five years is a Mexican-American named Elena. They have no children.

A Look into the Future

I'm very sorry, Friends---I haven't been keeping this blog up to date recently.  I try to use Animan's World to post news about my new videos, animation information, or anything that's happening in my life. And if there's no news happening, then I tend to just stay silent--which is not fair to the fans of Animan! And, I try to post pictures that are not very naughty, so that this blog will not get shut down.

I also have my tumblr blog http://mraniman.tumblr.com, where I post my naughty pictures. I don't have a bunch of them lying around, so I have to sit down and draw a new picture each time. But it's always based on my fantasies, and usually makes an exciting movie. Also, people send a lot of questions to my tumblr blog, so I try and answer the them best I can.

So, between writing for my two blogs, trying to make a naughty drawing now and then, and working on the new movie, I seem to have spread myself a little thin! I've got my hands full!

I'm 1/3 finished with the next movie, and I want to gradually leak out some information about it on this blog, as time goes by. I'm basing the movie on a naughty drawing I made for tumblr:

The story takes place at the Spanish teacher's house. He lives in Southern California, and this is his house. This drawing is based on an actual neighborhood in Pacific Beach, where my aunt and uncle live.

It's a Wonderful Day!

Exactly 6 months ago, I underwent major surgery on my abdomen to remove cancer. And last week, I had a blood test and CAT scan. Today, I saw the doctor who with a smile, told me that according to the tests, the cancer has not come back. That's great news!

Sometimes, it's hard or impossible to get well when there's a huge medical bill staring one in the face. I wish to thank all of you, the dear friends of Animan. Video sales made it possible to get through the surgery and pay for it without going into bankruptcy. 

Recently, I find that the Animan videos are being pirated in more and more places--some which I cannot access, such as Russian clip sharing sites, among others. The more videos I make, the more monitoring I have to do, and it's increasing even as we speak.

Thieves and pirates love my work--but they couldn't care less about me as a person. To them, I'm just a worthless machine that cranks out movies for them to exploit.  I cannot change or control such beings as they scurry around in the shadows.

Loyal, loving friends enjoy my work, and they like me, too! They speak only the language of generosity and kindness.  It's this human connection which I have treasured most in my persona as Animan. It would be easy to live in an ivory tower and just send out my videos and take in money without a word or reaction--but that's no fun for anyone.  I know for a fact that I have touched the lives of many (they have written to me and told me so), and it's a thrill beyond belief. Thank you for your kind, generous, and loving support.  It is for you that I do what Animan does.

The Luckiest (Ani)Man in the World!

I am gratified and very happy that so many fans and friends have purchased "Animan's Heracles". Every animator has something to say; but it means nothing unless there is someone willing to watch and listen. I offer my sincerest thanks and gratitude to all of you!

On February 17, 2012, I began this blog. I had no idea if my movies would ever sell or not. I was very uncertain about everything. But when I began selling my works, I noticed that I was receiving e-mails from the same friendly people. Even now, I haven't met any of you formally--but I still feel as if you are all old friends. And you are!

With the release of Heracles, I have been filling the video orders manually. Some of you have had to wait because I was sleeping or at the grocery store. Others of you have been lucky--you sent in your order just as I was at my computer.  Because I have been sending the links to you myself, something very wonderful has happened: many of you have sent me e-mail messages. All of them have been positive, kind, and healing. So, I would like to share them with you here.

Two Important Things

Thanks to all of you who bought Heracles! From 5:30 pm to 2:00 am, (my time) I was at my computer, manually filling orders. I went to bed exhausted, and left a message on the download page.

I got up at 5:30 am and found more orders waiting. One buyer had become impatient, and complained to the company handling the money part of the transaction. I found THIS in my e-mail box:

To "punish" me, the amount was deducted from my account. Good morning to me.

I NO longer have a Selz shop. I do NOT have the luxury of automated downloads right now. I have to send out each order by hand. I'm human--I have to use the restroom, walk around, and sometimes take a break or even sleep (Heaven forbid!)  Work with me, people!

Here's something important that was brought to my attention: on the download page of Sendspace, there's a little box that appears under the words "By downloading......"  One buyer checked it as you can see, and he got a load of problems. The downloaded file was not mp4, but rather "exe". He couldn't play it! So please, don't let this happen to you! Uncheck the little box!

The Animan Selz Store Goes Under!

Today, I came home from my exhausting outside job. When I checked my e-mail, this message was there waiting for me. It's from Selz, through whom I have been selling my videos.
I just wanted to reach out personally because we have some bad news about going ahead with you as a seller with us. We've just (today) found out that we are in big trouble with our banking partner if we continue to offer our services to sellers of adult materials, and unfortunately this will mean that we will need to close your account. Basically this sucks - there's no good way to say it, and I personally feel terrible about it because I know that there are hardly any options out there for sellers like you which seems unfair, seriously old fashioned and shortsighted.
As much as we wish we could keep you on, we simply can't as doing so would mean that we are operating outside the (severely conservative) terms of our payment partner and we just cannot do that. We've tried to think of every possible way to keep on sellers from your genre but at the moment we don't have any options that don't put us in breach of contract to partners to whose rules we need to comply. Our whole team is really disappointed that this is the way it has to be but the 'big guys' give us no choice.

Going forward you'll be paid out as normal this week and next, but starting in about half an hour our system will start to lock down adult accounts which means that your products won't be available for sale through us.

Again, I'm really sorry about this - you've been a really valued user of ours, given us so much awesome feedback and while we've had our ups and downs we've had a lot of fun communicating with you over the past year and a half.

At this moment, I'm not quite sure what to do. My deepest apologies to those of you who have tried to order an Animan video through Selz and were not able to do so. 

I'll need to re-organize things--and that will take a day or two.

This has been quite a year for me! What's next? (I'm afraid to ask!)
