I was out today at my day job, and arrived home to find that my blog had exceeded one million views! Wow!!!! From 163 different countries, can you believe it??
In a reply I made to a comment in my last blog, I mentioned Hercules and the Nine-headed Hydra. It's a well-known story wherein Hercules was fighting with a 9-headed dragon called the hydra. Every time he cut off one of the heads, more heads would grow back. I know what that must be like. Every time I write to a gay porn clip site to get my videos removed, the next moment I find more of my videos appearing on other sites. I can't clean them up fast enough.
Speaking of Hercules, I was searching for some pictures to illustrate this post. Here's one from Ancient Greece.

DeleteGreek myth is public domain methinks, so you're free to use any characters you like. Personally, I've always fantasized Apollo being so enamored when one day he sees Hefaestus in his workplace with those muscles and manly aura oozing from him as he's glistened with sweat. Or Ares having a war celebration by taking spartan heroes to entertain him in his 'personal chamber'. That kind of stuffs, but I trust your judgement better :D

DeletePersonally, i think many men fantasize a lot about the period of Antiquity ( gladiators, myth creatures, manly heroes like hercules or achilles...). A time when homoeroticism was very present. Have you ever thought create a scenario about that period?

In spite of the presence of my videos sprouting up like thorns on the various clip sites, guys are still kind enough to buy their videos directly from me--sometimes several at once.
DeleteI'm overwhelmed and often find literally tears of joy and thanks in my eyes. Every video sold is like a pat on the back or a hug. I owe it all to you guys, every one of you.
Next year, I'd like to do an Ancient Greek video. Already the images are starting to form in the Animan brain center. That's all I can say about it right now.

First of all, congratulations on the popularity, more than a million hits is cool. Another thing I want to say to all fans that Animan original quality Animan worth it to buy it. I watch cartoons of Animan many times and they seem to get better and better. I am very excited about the images of Hercules in this post his massive body manly image savior huge ass and small dick perfectly fit into the concept of Animan.

DeleteAs a child in the USA, I often saw gorgeous animated masterpieces from Russia on TV and I was influenced by them. Sometimes, I have seen them on YouTube (illegal uploads!) and they bring back wonderful memories. I also saw one about Hercules about a year ago. It gave me some good ideas!
Hmm... I think bearded Hurcules with wide hips is better, if you know what I mean...ESPECIALLY if he's a total bottom. ;-)
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of which, on your latest video that I had purchased ("The Sheriff of Lone Gulch"), I should have mentioned that it's great to see more characters with a bit more meat on their bones in action. Have you ever thought about doing a "bear" related film? Just wondering, because I think that would make an awesome addition to your masterpieces.
Animan videos are definitely headed for more variety. An all-bear film could work very well. Tom of Finland's characters are very sexy, but the fact that they're all the same size and body shape bores me some times. That's probably why my earlier videos had guys of different age and size getting together. What the younger, weaker, nerdier (but well-endowded) top kids lack for in size, they make up with overloaded hormones and uninhibited nastiness, giving the big boys a run for their money. I got a big response from guys who were turned on by it. I suppose it will always be a part of Animan's World, but it won't be the only theme. I hope to do bigger and better things. :)

I actually think i saw a similar statue in the Washington DC museum. Spent the whole time pretending to admire the sculptures but was actually just checking them out haha.

What bums me out about it--
1) I used to enjoy browsing the porn clip sites. No more. Not with my stuff turning up all over the place.
2) My heart sinks when I see a big bunch of them in one place
3) I HATE having to send the same old form letter to all the sites, over and over and over asking them to remove what isn't legally theirs
4) I sell my videos in good faith--so I feel betrayed when customers post them on the web
5) I often spend sleepless nights, thinking of how to improve each film. Everything you see and hear in an Animan film is according to plan. Why should some site administrator (whom I've never met) make money off of all my hard work?

I believe I am the one who told you I first saw your blog at an Italian blogger's from Venice Italy who was at the time a follower of yours. Cannot remember the name any more. Thanks Animan's. My ophthalmic visit was to best so far I EVER had. As for the gastroenterologist, it went well, I will have the colonoscopy next Monday if my supervisor gives me the day off. Got to wait until Wednesday. Tomorrow is Veteran Day in the US.

I'm not a doctor, but I know one thing from experience: my body responds to my moods, just as a person would. If I'm upset and scolding it, and saying "shut up", then I feel unhappy, and my body feels hurt and rebellious. If I try to speak kindly to my body with suggestions, then it listens and cooperates, and I feel happy, too. I say, "Remember when we were both younger, and we felt so good every day? Let's do that again!"

Sorry dear friend. I was just using my Italian humor. I too treat my body kindly. I was referring to certain "body noises" such as stomach grumbling and you know "farts" All of this because I had to drink a gallon of cleansing water, so it would probably be shouting at me by the end of the day.
